We supply all paint and materials on every project. We do not perform touch-up only jobs or fix-ups of another contractor’s unfinished work. A formal, signed proposal governs the scope, timeline, materials, and pricing of any accepted project. This website describes our services for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer or a warranty beyond what is stated in your signed agreement.

Estimates requested through this website or by phone are provided at no cost and carry no obligation. An estimate is a preliminary assessment based on the details you share and a visual walkthrough when scheduled. Final scope and pricing are confirmed in a written, signed proposal. We reserve the right to decline a project if it does not fit our services, service area, or schedule.

This website does not display project pricing, per square foot rates, or quotes. Every home and every project is different. Actual pricing depends on surface conditions, prep requirements, materials, and scope, all of which are confirmed through your written estimate.

Accepts major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and checks. No financing offered. We do not currently offer financing. Payment terms, including deposits and due dates, are specified in your signed proposal. Any estimates or representations of payment methods on this site are subject to the final terms in that agreement.
